The standard image provided exclusively supports hardware platforms that meet the following minimum requirements.
- The standard image is designed for systems based on the AMD64/x86-64 architecture.
- This standard image does not support ARM-based hardware platforms.
- Use on other processor architectures or customer-specific hardware platforms requires customized adaptation of ctrlX OS.

Hardware trust anchor for licensing: Licensing requires either one µSD card reader per ctrlX OS device to use a license dongle or TPM 2.0-capable hardware (e.g., Intel PTT or AMD fTPM), including appropriate provisioning and manufacturing processes.
